Spring Festival is coming soon, Everyone would like to go back home town to see their parents at Spring Festival, There are two A Yi at my family, one is in charge accommodation for Father in law in his building, the other is at my home for the daily operation. they are not local here, they will go back her home town during the holiday, As usual, my father in law prefer to Xiao Tang Shan hospital motel during A Yi absent, I have to find the one nurse 24 hours accompany with him, finally there is a one friend who would like to give her hand to us, it will be my hard time to be the temporary A Yi at my home for sure.
As traditional Chinese Festival, we would like doing some dishes pork, beef or fish first at home. A Yi will leave at Jan 26, so only three days left, I know her is good at cooking, specially steaming bread and dumpling, she can do some dishes for the holiday in advance, why not? I went to the supermarket to buy some frozen hair tail and pork mix today, let her do fried fish which is easy to keep for a week, and also be the finger food, maybe it is a little early for doing so, sorry I must be let her help me, otherwise no one can help me doing the foods for the family, due to I am poor on the cooking. A Yi she is kind and she would like help as she can. She is doing anything very careful and slow, but she works hard, so everyone in the family likes her. That’s why I should thank her and pay her red envelope before go her home.
